College Parents
You will be assigned two College Parents, one of whom will be studying your subject, if possible. They are there to answer your questions and support you through your first term. It’s a good idea to send them a quick email introducing yourself. You will be given their email addresses along with the JCR Freshers’ Guide. If you have lost them, please email the JCR Vice President.
Fire questions at them, ask them to look up your room on the password protected part of the JCR website; they’re there to help so use them! You will meet them on the day you arrive and they will host you for ‘family tea’ sometime in the first few days/weeks.
