2011–12: Ethnic Minorities Officer

Hi, I’m Ram, a first year mathmo. My role is to both sort any problems anyone from an ethnic minority backround may have in college, and to also help promote cultural awareness by celebrating the diversity within Corpus. I’ll also be aiming to help debunk the myths about Cambridge to get people from all backgrounds to apply here, and hopefully also help set up what should be an awesome international freshers week! So, whatever your background, if you’re ever up for a cup of tea, a game of fifa or just a general chat, feel free to drop on by!

Hi I’m Ram, a mathmo who is your current JCR president. You can find out more about what I do in the neat little spiel above but basically I’m here to represent student interests to college and to ensure the smooth running of the JCR committee. Let me know if there’s anything troubling you, big or small, and I’ll do my best to help. I’m usually about in or around college and always happy to have a cup of tea or a chat.
